While we don’t offer direct monetary refunds, we do provide store credit for eligible returns — so you can find something you truly love.

💳 Store Credit Refunds
If you return an item in accordance with our Return Policy, your refund will be processed as Wishdrobe Store Credit.
• This credit can be used on any future purchase.
• Store credit is valid for 1 months from the date of issue.
• It will be issued after your return is received, inspected, and approved by our backend team (usually within 7-10 working days).
• Store credit will be shared via email or added to your Wishdrobe account.

🔒 Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund in store credit:
• Your item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• It must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and in its original packaging with all tags intact (including ribbon tag).
• Returns failing quality checks will not be eligible for refunds.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items
• Clearance Sale or Final Sale items
• Customized or Made-to-Order products
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or returned without original tags

📌 Additional Notes
• A return pickup fee of ₹250 will be deducted from the total refund value.
• For orders placed via PayLater services, store credit will be issued only after full repayment of any dues, as per third-party policies.
