🔁 Returns
If your item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags intact (including our ribbon tag), you’re eligible to request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• A return pickup charge of ₹250 will be deducted from your store credit.
• We do not offer cash refunds — refunds are processed as store credit only.

• Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Items returned with missing tags or signs of wear will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size or style, we’ve got you covered!
• Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
• An exchange shipping fee of ₹250 will apply on MRP items.
• For items purchased during a clearance sale, you’ll be required to pay the price difference between the MRP and the sale price, plus the ₹250 shipping fee.
• Items can be exchanged only once per order.

📦 Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
• All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in sellable condition.
• Ribbon tags must not be removed or broken.
• A valid order number or invoice is required to process returns or exchanges.
• Unboxing video is mandatory in case of a damage/defect claim.

🌍 International Orders
Currently, we do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders due to high shipping costs.
However, if you’re willing to bear the return or exchange shipping charges:
• For returns, the customer must cover shipping charges to return the item to us.
• For exchanges, both-way shipping must be covered by the customer.
• All international returns/exchanges will be processed as store credit, excluding shipping charges.
