Wishdrobe has a hassle-free 7 Day exchange policy from the date of delivery of product.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product(s) should be unused, unworn, unwashed with all tags intact, any sign of usage i.e. for e.g. Tears, Stains, Odour will result in the failure of quality check performed by our Return and Exchange experts & which will lead to the rejection of the return request. If the quality check results in failure to get approved then the parcel containing products that were sent for the return quality check will be shipped back to the customer at a minimal logistics charge of Rs.200/-

Unfortunately, items that are custom-made, brought with a coupon, accessories and gift voucher purchases are non returnable. We do not have refund policy.

 

Return Form

Return requests are accepted via the return form attached below. 

The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 15 days on the Wishdrobe website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

We’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that is not received by Wishdrobe will be treated as not returned.
